Day 26: Key

Day 25: Breakfast

David made an incredibly delicious breakfast of bacon, fried eggs, and croissants to go with our coffee and the Sunday New York Times. Of course I forgot to take a picture, but this was my after workout snack, and it is a breakfast food!

Day 24: An Animal

The mutant dog from The Hunger Games. I literally jumped up when it popped out at Katniss and Peeta on screen, even though I knew it was going to happen.

Day 23: Moon

I tried to take a picture of the moon but this was my view from my balcony on March 23. Yes, that is a wall of fog.

Day 22: Kitchen Sink

The process of a wonderful steak dinner David made last night. We ate outside on the balcony and enjoyed the 80 degree weather.

Day 18: A Corner Of Your Home

I think this is one of my favorite places in our apartment. It is this crazy little corner of the office, between the windows and desk that can really only hold our yoga mats and David's sword (I believe that is what it is, still in the package from moving).

Day 16: Sunglasses

My $10 sunglasses from Nordstrom. Probably not the best protection for my eyes, but I am not ready to dish out a lot of money for sunglasses that I throw around everywhere.

Day 15: Car

I didn't really want to take another picture of traffic and I don't currently have a car, so I took a picture of a train car.

Day 14: Clouds

What a beautiful day! I actually took this picture yesterday (on the 14th) but didn't have time to post it. I am enjoying the lovely weather up here, as is everyone else!

Day 13: A Sign

This is a sign that is posted on our office floor. It wasn't originally placed there but I think that it is funny that the sign is placed on the shower door in our staff bathroom.

Day 11: Someone You Talked To Today

I talked to these two lovely ladies today. I miss them both quite terribly since they are in Charlotte and I don't feel like I get to see them nearly enough. It was great to talk to them both and I hope to see them soon!

Day 10: Loud

Michigan Avenue. ALWAYS loud. One thing I won't miss about Chicago whenever I leave: constant honking.

It was in the 60's today, so I wore a dress to work and didn't even need a coat for my walk home! I could get used to this weather.

Day 3: Your Neighborhood

This is a picture of the park and apartment buildings around our place. We also tried out a new brunch place, Wildberry's, this morning. It is really close by and was delicious! We will definitely be going back. It has been snowing on and off today, dreary weather for the rivalry game. Go Heels!

Day 2: Fruit

The fruit spread for the volunteers at Carnaval, the Mission benefit to raise money for Chicago Lights. I had so much fun and was happy to volunteer my time.

Day 1: Up

I had a hard time with this one because I didn't leave myself much time to take a picture after running around all day between going to the dentist, having a busy day at work, and meeting up with David to see The Lorax. I tried to take a picture in the
movie theater, but the lighting was terrible! However, this is a view of the NBC building as we were walking home last night.
